Düsseldorf International Arbitration School

The IV. Düsseldorf International Arbitration School will take place from September 20 to 24, 2010.

+++ Attention +++ Attention +++ Attention +++

Due to numerous applications at the present time, there are only few places left for the Arbitration School. Therefore, it might be that there will be no spots left before the original application deadline expires.

GENERAL CONCEPT

The five-day Düsseldorf International Arbitration School aims at providing young practitioners, post graduates and advanced students – especially Moot Court participants – with the requisite specific knowledge. The School is based on a highly practical, inter-active teaching concept. Participants get the rare opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge in both the law and practice of international commercial arbitration.

The participants may accompany these practitioners on an exciting quest: the search for efficient and fair dispute resolution in a world where there is no “non-national commercial court of compulsory jurisdiction” - a world where the two major legal systems come together and merge. Each day will have a different theme - with a special focus on investment arbitration on the last day.

Participation is limited. Early application is highly recommendable.
